Terms & Conditions
We accept personal
checks, in the exact amount, made out to Christian Voyager.
We accept US postal
money orders ONLY, in the exact amount, made out to
Christian Voyager.

Insufficient Funds
In the unlikely event that a check
you send us fails, Christian Voyager will contact you to
see how you wish to proceed with your order. Please be advised
that you will be charged a service fee for any failed
check we receive. Currently this fee is $3.50.

Shipping
Rates
Shipping rates are clearly marked on
the order form. Please carefully enter the correct shipping
charges for your order before you calculate your total payment
amount.
Methods
All books ship either First Class Mail,
Global Priority Mail or Parcel Post, depending on weight.
Rolled Posters ship either Priority Mail, or Global Priority
Mail.
Arrival Times
Once we receive your order you can expect
from between 7-10 business days for delivery in continental
US (less for rolled posters), up to a week longer for Alaska
and Hawaii, US Territories and Canada.
Current Shipping Regions
Christian Voyager currently ships merchandise
only to the US (including Territories) and Canada.
However, our subscription magazine, the Compass, mails worldwide.

Returns
Policy
Christian Voyager is committed to customer
satisfaction in the products we sell. If you are not happy
with your purchase from us, you may return it to us, undamaged,
in the original packaging along with the receipt within
30 days from date of delivery. You will receive a refund
for the purchase price of the item(s) including any sales
tax but not including shipping charges. (We can refund
shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.)
Returns shipped to us after 30 days cannot be refunded.
Processing
All returns will be processed within
10 business days. Your reimbursement will be sent USPS.
Damaged Merchandise
Christian Voyager makes every effort
to package carefully the items we ship. However, in the
rare cases where merchandise arrives damaged in shipping,
we will replace it free of charge provided that we are contacted
directly by phone at 417-934-1142 or by email at
returns@christianvoyager.org and an RI number is
assigned. Without the RI number, we cannot replace damaged
merchandise. The replacement will be shipped as soon as
we receive back the damaged merchandise. Return postage
will be refunded.

Canceling an Order
Mail Orders
If you have sent us your check by mail
and we have not yet processed it, you may call our customer
service line to cancel the order at no charge to you. Once
your order has been processed, however, the order can no
longer be canceled.

Back Orders
In the occasional event that an item
you order is out of stock, you will be notified by phone
or email as to when it is expected to arrive. You may proceed
with the designated order or cancel it, as you wish.
